Summer Trip 2023 Days 22-23

Since I didn’t do much yesterday, I’m combining the two days here.

Total driving for the two days was 221 miles, almost all of it today (the second map).

Still, today was on-and-off rains so I only have one photo to show for it all. This is from the little town of Fennville MI where there’s about a half block of artsy shops:

I was at the building to the left, a combination cafe and art gallery. Even though it doesn’t look like much here, it’s an interesting place to explore!

Everywhere else that I would have liked to stop for a photo – such as the Lake Michigan bay at Muskegon – was rainy, under construction, and in the middle of heavy traffic. Another year, perhaps?
